
PBS adopts Self-Service Portals
After investing in the Expert solution in order to decentralize its Human Resources processes, PBS takes another step in improving HR processes by making self-service expert portals available to its employees and managers.
The new web portals enrich and facilitate communication between HR, employees and managers through notifications and messaging features, as well as a very powerful workflow that allows everyone to be in constant contact. The ultimate goal is to bring employees and their managers closer to the HR department, resulting in greater information sharing and more efficient team management.
The decision to move to the new portals was due to the interest in the new features available for the employee and leadership profile, but also to its renewed, intuitive and user friendly interface.
In addition to the Expert solution and the new Self-Service portals, PBS has the TUX920 terminals on its premises, to make the attendance of its 60 employees, and the mobile apps HR Flow and Virtual Clock, which allows the commercial team to mark point outside the company’s premises.
