1. Use of COOKIES

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies – Some cookies strictly necessary to access specific areas of the website, allowing navigation on it, such as access to secure areas of the site, through login. Services that require these cookies cannot be provided without them;

  • Session Cookies – These cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. The information enables the identification of problems and the provision of a better user experience.

To do so, follow the instructions below:

Cookies Settings in Internet Explorer – Disable cookies

  1. Click the “Tools” menu and choose the “Internet Options” option;
  2. Select the “Privacy” tab;
  3. Move the slider to the top, where “Block all cookies” will appear.

Cookies Settings in Chrome – Disable cookies

  1. Click the Chrome menu in the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button.
  5. Select the “Block definition of data by websites” option.

You may change the following cookie settings in the “Cookies” section:

  • Delete cookies
  • Block cookies by default
  • Allow cookies by default
  • Keep website cookies and data by default until you exit your browser
  • Create exceptions for cookies from specific websites or domains

Cookies Settings in Mozilla Firefox – Disable cookies

  1. Click the “Tools” menu;
  2. Select “Options”;
  3. Click on the “Privacy” icon in the top panel;
  4. In the “Cookies” section disable the “Accept cookies from websites” option;
  5. Click “OK” to save your changes and close.

Cookies settings in Safari iOS and Desktop – Disable cookies

  1. Click “Edit”;
  2. Select “Preferences”;
  3. In the top panel, select the “Privacy” icon;
  4. In the “Accept Cookies” section, select “Never”.
