What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating closely with design, product, and development teams to create engaging user experiences.
• Developing and optimizing mobile applications using React Native.
• Ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces.
• Debugging and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
• Staying up to date with emerging mobile technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with native APIs to add employee badges to Apple Wallet and Google Pay.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications in App Store and Google Play.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native development in Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
• Knowledge of cloud services and Firebase.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes for mobile applications.
• A degree in a relevant field is a plus, but we also value strong practical experience.
