At Actuasys, we develop, produce, and sell software solutions for time and attendance management, canteen management, and access control, helping hundreds of companies manage their day-to-day operations simply, efficiently, and securely.

As we keep growing, we want to elevate the way we implement our projects. We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the definition and evolution of our implementation methodology, ensuring a consistent customer experience and effective coordination between the Sales, Post-Sales, and Development teams.

If you enjoy transforming processes, coordinating people, and making sure complex projects reach a successful conclusion, this opportunity is for you.

Your challenge

You will play a central role in professionalizing our solutions’ implementation process.

Your goal will be to build a scalable model that ensures every new installation and major upgrade follows a common methodology, with clear responsibilities, structured follow-up, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and evolve the project management methodology for new installations and major upgrades.
  • Create and maintain all documentation, templates, and tools supporting the implementation process.
  • Ensure every project incorporates good project management practices, including risk management, planning, communication, and control.
  • Standardize the tracking of all implementation projects, ensuring visibility into their progress.
  • Structure the sales-to-implementation handover process, ensuring a clear transition between teams.
  • Implement a project governance model, with regular status updates for customers and internal teams.
  • Define and manage the Installation Gatekeeper process, ensuring every implementation meets acceptance criteria before delivery to the customer.
  • Work closely with the Development, Support, and Sales teams to ensure technical and operational alignment throughout the project.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive the optimization of implementation processes.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in Project Management, Software Implementation, Customer Success, or Consulting in B2B environments.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to define scalable processes, methodologies, and ways of working.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Autonomy and the ability to influence teams without direct hierarchical authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
  • Experience in post-sales, onboarding, or customer implementation processes.
  • Technical knowledge that facilitates communication with development and infrastructure teams.
  • Good knowledge of English.

The profile that makes the difference

More than a project manager, we’re looking for someone who enjoys building processes, bringing teams closer together, and ensuring every implementation runs in an organized and predictable way.

We value someone with a broad perspective, decision-making ability, and the drive to leave their mark on how we evolve the way we deliver projects to our customers.

What we offer

  • Joining a solid, growing technology company.
  • The opportunity to define and build the company’s implementation methodology, with a direct impact on the organization.
  • Involvement in challenging projects with close contact with customers from different industries.
  • A high level of autonomy and the opportunity to influence the evolution of internal processes.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • A collaborative work environment where ideas are valued and everyone makes a difference.
  • An employment contract and compensation package in line with your experience.

If you’re looking for a challenge where you can combine project management, process improvement, and customer contact, we want to meet you.
